A few words...	Banku and his parents move to Goa to live in an old mansion, which has been a property of the family for ages. The mansion is haunted by the ghost of a former patriarch of the family: Bhoothnath. But Banku is not at all afraid of the ghost, and the two even become good friends. But when the ghost learns, that his son wants to sell the mansion, things take an unexpected turn.
